United Call Center Solutions was formed to solve a major problem of unbooked calls with other call center services answering phones for the founders very own plumbing corporation.
Frustrated, listening to call after call from call center technicians not getting the scripts correct or even caring to actually book the call… We decided to open up our very own call center to answer phones specifically for the skilled trades industry.
Our staff is trained to ask the right questions to book the call. For example when a customer calls in and asks how much does it cost to replace my water heater the UCCS staff ask numerous questions specifically about that water heater and then explains that there are too many variables that could change the cost and we need to send an expert to your home.
The founder of UCCS owns one of the largest Plumbing, Heating, and Catastrophe restoration services in Southeastern Michigan and trains each of the call center staff through his contracting company before they are allowed to answer phones for any other business. They must prove they can book 85% or higher before taking calls for UCCS Customers both at night and day time hours.
Other call centers booking ratios are much much lower simply because they do not know the language needed to make the customer feel comfortable that the person on the other line actually knows what they are talking about.
